A DOORMAN who pushed a rival security firm boss down a flight of nightclub steps has been told to expect a "serious custodial sentence."
Philip Nero, 50, suffered horrific head injuries and was in a coma for two months after he plunged down stairs at the Acapulco in Halifax in May.
Dean David Lister (36), formerly of Beacon Place, Buttershaw, Bradford, was found guilty of wounding Mr Nero, of Wibsey, Bradford, with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, after a two-day trial at Bradford Crown Court.
