A WALSDEN van driver has died in an horrific motorway smash.
William Alaric Colloff, 39, of Wharf Street, was killed when he was thrown from his van after a lorry jack-knifed and crashed through the central reservation on the M61 near Farnworth, Greater Manchester, on Monday night.
