West side Ald. Tim Gruber wants the Madison Plan Commission to reconsider its decision to force a developer to move the parking garage entrance for a new 100-unit apartment building at Sequoya Commons to Midvale Boulevard.
In a letter to the city Wednesday, Gruber said the plan as approved Aug. 4 contains "design flaws" including elimination of green space, elimination of rain gardens, poor automobile access and difficulties with trash collection and move-in/move-out.
