CLEVELAND, May 20 /PRNewswire/ -- The Sherwin-Williams Company (NYSE: SHW) through its wholly owned subsidiary, Sherwin-Williams do Brasil Industria e Comercio Ltda., announced the purchase of all of the capital stock of Lazzuril Tintas S/A for an undisclosed amount. Lazzuril, the number two producer and seller of automotive refinish coatings in Brazil, sells its products under the widely recognized Lazzuril name. The acquisition provides an organizational, distribution and manufacturing base for the future market expansion of Lazzuril's and Sherwin-Williams' automotive products in Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and Bolivia.
