May 21--For someone known for shaking up companies, Miles Marsh is one calm capitalist.
"I've always tried to be as honest and fair as I can about things," the new chairman and chief executive officer of James River Corp. said in a recent interview, his first since taking the top spot at the Richmond-based paper company in January.
Marsh, 48, hasn't wasted any time shaking things up at James River, a company with a spotty track record during the past few years.
