A COUPLE are set to travel 1,000 miles in a car worth no more than [pounds sterling]1,000 - and its all in the name of charity.
Ube Garcia and Carl Allison, from Hartlepool, are taking part in the Scumball Rally this summer.
The pair, along with 50 other teams from across the country, will set off from Nottingham and travel to the Nurburgring Grand Prix circuit in Germany.
And all the sponsor money they raise from the six-day event from August 16, will be donated to Action for ME.
