Allen MacInnis, one of Canada's most in demand freelance directors, is settling down, in a manner of speaking. The newly appointed Artistic Director of Winnipeg's Prairie Theatre Exchange says that after spending six years moving around the country as a freelance director, he was ready to tackle a full time role for a while. "I have felt for a while now that I wanted to establish a long term relationship with an audience again," MacInnis says.
