* Eight member companies of the Independent Cosmetic Manufacturers and Distributors Association (ICMAD) were recognized for their innovative products, packaging and advertising at the association's fifth annual CITY (Cosmetic Innovators of The Year) Awards. The winners were announced at ICMAD's 35th annual meeting, which was held June 19 in New York City.
