WAR veterans commemorated 25 years since the end of the Falklands crisis, by holding a church service.
Seven standards were paraded into St Aidan's Church, in Oxford Street, Hartlepool, to mark the anniversary of the end of the Falklands War on June 14, 1982.
Reg Kelly, a committee member of the Royal Army Service Corps and Royal Corps of Transport Association, helped to organise the event.
He told the Mail: ''It went off very well.''
The 35-minute service - given by Rev Bill Worley - included the sounding of the last post and reveille.
