The Burundian economy is slowly being decimated by the low intensity war between Government troops and Zaire based Hutu rebels. Donors are doing little to help.
Burundi's efforts to resolve the current political crisis are being severely hamstrung by economic chaos, warned this Central African country's Economy and Finance Minister, Mr Salvator Toyi at a press conference in Brussels recently.
