WILMINGTON, Del. and NEWARK, N.J., May 21 /PRNewswire/ -- In a move to become bigger, stronger and more competitive, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey (BCBSNJ) and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Delaware today announced a definitive agreement to form a regional health services alliance in the first major East Coast consolidation of Blue Cross and Blue Shield companies across state lines.
