Advantest Corporation , the world's leading supplier of semiconductor test equipment, announced that its president and CEO, Toshio Maruyama, has been elected to serve as a member of the SEMI International Board of Directors. The appointment will become effective at the annual SEMI membership meeting to be held on July 16, during the SEMICON West 2008 exposition in San Francisco (see also Advantest Corporation).
