Researchers looking at latex protein allergy are a little nearer to a scientific understanding of which proteins cause the problems, and of how to manage the condition.
And as the latex world improves its products to provide low-protein, powder-free products, the glove-purchasing policies of healthcare bodies are coming under closer scrutiny.
