NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 28, 1996--Behrman Capital, which manages a $123 million private equity fund specializing in management buyouts of growth companies, announced today that David S. Andryc has been named a partner of the firm.

Mr. Andryc, 35, joined Behrman Capital in May 1994 as a vice president. He earlier worked at Bradford Ventures Ltd., a New York-based middle-market buyout firm affiliated with Bessemer Securities Corp., and Lazard Frhres & Co.

A native of Toledo, Ohio, Mr. Andryc holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and graduated with honors from Dartmouth College. He is based at Behrman Capital's New York office.
