YORK, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 28, 1996--DENTSPLY International Inc. (NASDAQ:XRAY) Tuesday announced that it has filed suit in U.S. District Court in Delaware against New Technology Company (a.k.a. NT Company) and Tycom Corp. for patent infringement and trade secret and misappropriation.
Further, DENTSPLY maintains that NT Company and Tycom have willfully and deliberately infringed U.S. Patents 4,934,934 and 5,464,362; and, have used trade secrets and other confidential information in its manufacture and sale of endodontic instruments marketed under various trade names.
