It would be easy if Jacoby Ellsbury could take a swig of the O Water he endorses on the radio to make the pain in his lower back go away.
But while O Water may be great for hydration, something more is needed when you're hobbling around with what the club has termed "a bruised tailbone."
Rest, for instance.
But with the Red Sox in a fight both for first place in the American League East or, failing that, the AL's wild card berth, manager Terry Francona doesn't have the luxury of resting every player suffering from bumps and bruises.
