EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn., May 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Woodroast Systems, Inc., (Nasdaq: WRSI) announced today that it has signed a non-binding letter of intent with Plymouth, Minn.-based Grand Casinos, Inc. to build a cigar smoking parlor concept, developed by Woodroast Systems and known as Shelly's Back Room, at selected Grand Casinos gaming properties.
