NEW YORK, Aug. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- The United States, the United Kingdom and Germany have become the top developed economies in which emerging market companies make acquisitions, according to KPMG International's latest Emerging Markets International Acquisition Tracker (EMIAT) study released today.
