Infosys files quarterly report US SEC
Bangalore, Aug 19 (PTI) Infosys Technologies filed its quarterly report with the US Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), with included financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as issued by the International Accounting Standards Board.
The date of adoption by Infosys of IFRS is expected to be March 31, 2009 with the date of transition being April 1, 2007.
In addition to this, the company has voluntarily filed unaudited financial statements prepared in accordance with US GAAP for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 as an exhibit to its quarterly reports ...
