Home movies take over screen at Knight Library
There's no such thing as a bad home movie, filmmaker John Waters says.
While the man who brought you "Pink Flamingos" is probably not the supreme arbiter of taste, the sixth annual Home Movie Day has attracted an impressive list of supporters, including Martin Scorcese and Ken Burns.
The event - which comes to the University of Oregon Knight Library, 1501 Kincaid St., from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday - offers the public the chance to see and share their own home movies with a community audience.
