According to fdi.gov.cn: On August 18, Carrefour and Outlets, Beijing's largest outlets mall (direct marketing and discount commerce) located in Gome Champion City, officially signed the agreement of settlement, which means its expanding plan fully transfers to the area outside the fourth ring. Outlet is located on Yaojiayuan Road between east fourth ring and fifth ring, with a business area of 68,000 sq m. Among them, business area of Carrefour will reach 17,000 sq m, which is estimated to open business at the end of this year.
