BALA CYNWYD, Pa., May 29 /PRNewswire/ -- American Business Financial Services, Inc. (PHLX: AFX) announced today that the board of directors of the Company has unanimously voted to declare a quarterly dividend of $.015 per share for shareholders of record as of June 7, 1996. The initial dividend will be for the second and third quarters (October 1, 1995-March 31, 1996) for a total of $.03 per share payable on June 28, 1996. This dividend declaration comes on the heels of the Company's recent listing on the Philadelphia Stock Exchange.
