NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 30, 1996--Ceaser Fraschilla has joined LT Lawrence & Co. Inc., the New York-based investment banking and brokerage firm, as Managing Director in charge of the firm's Syndicate department.
Fraschilla is a broadly-experienced, securities industry executive with diversified senior management experience, including corporate finance, syndicate and executive management. Prior to joining LT Lawrence & Co. Inc. Ceaser was Chairman as well as Syndicate Manager of Hampshire Securities Corp.
