Anthony Siniscalcbi fishes for tuna out of Atlantic Beach, N.Y. Near shore, he fishes Maine, Rhode Island and the Mud Hole. (He says, "It's 20 miles off Jersey and 40 miles from us") Farther offshore, he works the canyons--Hudson, Tom's, Atlantic, Fish Tails.
His boat, the 38-foot Emme, built in Maine by Downeast Boats & Composites in Penobscot and finished off by Otis Enterprises Marine Corp. in Searsport, carries a 45-foot green stick with a mainline and lures running off it that Siniscalchi uses when moving through the water at close to 7 knots.
