The US District Court for the Northern District of California has handed down a decision in the ongoing patent infringement case between Star Navigation Systems Group Ltd (Star) (TSX-V: SNA) (as complainant) and Aeromechanical Services Ltd (AMA).
The court has granted a Motion to Dismiss filed on behalf of AMA and accepted that Star failed to properly join the two co-owners of the patent (Viraf Kapadia and Hilary Vieira) in the lawsuit.
