A "kids free" promise in advertisements for recent Detroit "Beauty and the Beast" stage performances has resulted in a class action lawsuit against TicketMaster, Walt Disney and Masonic Temple for false claims. The complaint was filed on Friday, May 24, 1996, by Steven E. Goren, partner, Goren & Goren, P.C. in Bingham Farms.
