MORE than 90 runners took on the challenge of the New Year's Day Hangover five-mile road race at Whatstandwell on Monday.
The event, won by Martin Whitehouse of Notts AC, was the third of three challenges staged in the Derwent Valley over Sunday and Monday.
Karl Webster was the first Matlock athlete to cross the line on Monday.
