A NUNEATON headmaster has used his school's record GCSE results to cane Warwickshire County Council over controversial merger plans.
As students at Etone College, in Leicester Road, celebrated a historic batch of results, their head teacher, Peter Kingham, chose the moment to hit out at the local education authority, branding their plans as "foolish."
