Yogurt, an already healthy food, can further benefit from additional health-beneficial ingredients, such as fish collagen. Collagen is a fibrous protein that contributes to the physiological functions of connective tissues in skins, tendons and cartilages. It may keep the epidermis healthy and enhance aesthetic appearance of skin.
Although some consumers want healthy yogurt, they may not be willing to sacrifice taste.
