Galaktika, Valio open 2-bln ruble dairy plant in Leningrad region
ST. PETERSBURG. Aug 22 (Interfax) - Galaktika LLC, set up by Lenoblmoloko, a shareholder in Gatchina Dairy Plant, together with Finland's Valio, has opened a 2-billion ruble dairy plant in Leningrad region, the company said in a press release.
The plant is expected to recover investment in about seven years.
The new Galaktika plant will have capacity to process 800 tonnes of milk a day.
