PUPILS, parents and governors have agreed a new logo to usher in a new era as construction gets underway on the [pounds sterling]1million project to replace Wivelsfield Primary School.
The countdown has finally begun to the move to the new school more than 40 years after a campaign for new buildings was first launched.
The new school at the junction of South Road and Hundred Acre Lane is due to open in September next year and the existing premises in Church Lane which date back to 1876 will be sold by East Sussex County Council.
