This unlikely pairing of co-stars and genres succeeded twice before. Although the formula seems a tad tired, it's still more entertaining than most sequels to a sequel, and adding a French connection--Lee and Carter's latest investigation takes them to Paris--provides an excuse for spectacular shots of city landmarks to divert you from a plot ...
