Toyo Ink International Corporation announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Toyo Color America, LLC, the sales, service and distribution arm of Toyo Ink specialty chemicals and products for the North American market, has changed its company name to Toyo Ink Mfg. America, LLC.
This change became effective on July 1, 2008. The name change reflects management's decision to integrate Toyo Color's existing business with the production and marketing operations of a new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Bryan, TX.
