LITTLE ROCK, Ark., June 5 /PRNewswire/ -- ALLTEL Corporation (NYSE: AT) announced today that its ALLTEL Information Services, Inc. subsidiary has signed a five-year agreement to provide resource management services to Citizens Financial Group, Inc., a financial institution with $14 billion in assets.
Citizens, headquartered in Providence, R.I., has experienced significant growth through acquisition and recently acquired First NH, a $5 billion institution and current ALLTEL Information Services client.
