FOXBORO - Quarterbacks have dominated the conversation around here the last few weeks, but last night the talk shifted to cornerbacks.
The man of the hour was Asante Samuel, who returned to New England for the first time since inking a mega-deal with Philadelphia in the offseason. Samuel had a relatively quiet night - always a good thing when you're lined up across from Randy Moss - as the Eagles topped the winless Patriots, 27-17, in an exhibition at Gillette Stadium.
