WIRRAL Food and Drink Festival looks to be on course to have a record-breaking weekend, with more than 15,000 visitors yesterday alone.
Organisers are hoping that, once today's figures are taken into account, this year's festival will beat 23,000 visitors from last year.
People travelled from far and wide to enjoy the food and drink available from the producers at the event.
Organiser Andrew Pimbley said: "It's been absolutely incredible, people have really come out in force."
