Henry Ford Health System is the first hospital system in the nation selected in the eighth annual Top 50 Companies for Diversity. The national honor roll, published in the June issue of DiversityInc magazine, is determined through an editorial process, entirely driven by metrics obtained in a detailed survey of more than 200 questions. Henry Ford ranked 40th, Companies that earn spots on the list demonstrate consistent strength in the four areas the survey measures: CEO Commitment, Human Capital, Corporate and Organizational Communications, and Supplier Diversity.
