With successes like MilkPEP and the Fluid Milk Strategic Thinking Project in tow, the International Dairy Foods Association is resurrecting last year's Cottage Cheese Revitalization Plan. The plan's revised agenda parallels that of the two fluid milk endeavors, and IDFA anticipates a similar degree of support from industry and academia.
"This time we will look at the whole picture," says IDFA V.P.-Sales & Marketing Jeff Tripician. "The plan will now include issues relating to the product itself - the taste, package, flavor and varieties."
