Jun. 7--COLONNADE PHASE III TOPS AUCTION LIST
Phase III of the Colonnade retail center at 9991 Interstate 10 West was the largest of 122 properties sold at the monthly foreclosure auction Tuesday on the Bexar County Courthouse steps, Real Estate Foreclosures Inc. reported.
The 54,800-square-foot shopping center anchored by Bookstop was reclaimed by the lender, Aetna Life Insurance Co., for $5.2 million. The owner, Crow-Colonnade Retail III, had taken out a $6.5 million mortgage in 1986.
In other sales, lender General American took back Monticello Village shopping center at 3903-7 Fredericksburg Road with a $892,000 bid. Wenco Inc. bought the closed ...
