On June 23, tens of thousands of people from around the world will gather in Washington, D.C., to speak out for the rights of others. Sounds like a typical day in the capital. But this is not just another demonstration. In this case, the ``others'' whose rights will be defended cannot join the protesters. They will never march down Washington's wide avenues, demanding to be heard, because the ``others'' are animals.
