MILPITAS, Calif., June 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Photon Dynamics (Nasdaq: PHTN), is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Vincent F. Sollitto as the Company's new Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors. Howard Bailey, the Company's acting Chief Executive Officer, will resume his role as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Sollitto comes to Photon Dynamics with many years of experience in large system development, technology, and manufacturing.
