European aerosol contract manufacturer ColepCCL has bought Czewo Full Filling Service GmbH to strengthen its position in the packaging market.
The acquisition, which is expected to close by the end of September, will see Portuguese operator the RAR Group, which owns 100% of Colep's shares, become the sole shareholder of combined companies.
The two companies will continue to operate as separate businesses until the sale has been completed, at which time the new entity will then adopt a new company name.
