PERMATANG PAUH, Malaysia, Aug. 26, 2008 (IPS/GIN) -- All eyes in Malaysia and beyond are trained on Permatang Pauh, a constituency of 58,000 voters in mainland Penang that could determine whether an opposition alliance will be able to take over the federal government in the coming weeks.
