MEMBERS of the Brindle Brass Band played at the funeral of a former member who passed away days after they performed in his honour.
Isaac Hendrickson, 80, was a regular for the popular band when they turned out to play at Preston North End during half time in the 1950s and 60s. Bridle Band's version of Margie has now been adopted as the Lilywhites' anthem as they walk on to the pitch before every home match.
