A man has been charged with three counts of indecent exposure following an appeal for information in the Evening Post.
Steven Ball, 25, from Preston, was due before Chorley Magistrates Court on Monday morning.
Police issued an appeal on Saturday after a series of alleged indecent exposures in the Penwortham area during the last few weeks.
In the most recent incident, a woman handed a dog into police belonging to a man she claimed had flashed at her on a disused railway line at the Old Tram Road in Penwortham.
