VIENNA, Aug 26 Asia Pulse - Iran-Switzerland-Gas Switzerland's foreign minister Micheline Calmy-Rey defended his country's gas agreement with Islamic Republic.

"Regardless of US sanctions, such contracts indicated that the US pressure has no effect on the willingness of foreign countries to enter into oil and gas deals with the Islamic Republic," she said.
