MINNEAPOLIS, June 14 /PRNewswire/ -- National Car Rental System, Inc. is pleased to announce the closing of the purchase of the car rental and franchising operation of Tilden Car Rental, Inc. and Tilden Rent-A-Car System, Ltd. The new company will operate in Canada under the new name National Tilden and beginning in July, new signage is scheduled to appear at major airports throughout Canada that will reveal the new National Tilden logo.
