AN UNEXPECTED decision to reject plans for a new hospital has infuriated Health Minister Edwina Hart and could prompt an investigation into a councillor's actions.
Mrs Hart is understood to be "very angry" after Ceredigion County Council's development control committee voted to reject a pounds 50m hospital and retail development in Cardigan.
Among those who spoke and voted against the plan was Plaid Cymru councillor John Adams-Lewis, who is now likely to be investigated for allegedly breaking the local government code of conduct. ...
