Power Analog Microelectronics (PAM), Santa Clara, Calif., a developer of innovative Class-D digital audio amplifiers and high- power LED display driver semiconductors, has announced its first high- voltage 30 watt LED Driver with integrated MOSFET based on the Bipolar-CMOS- DMOS (BCD) Technology developed at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation (TSMC).
