Power Analog Microelectronics (PAM), Santa Clara, Calif., a developer of innovative Class-D digital audio amplifiers and high- power LED display driver semiconductors, has announced its first high- voltage 30 watt LED Driver with integrated MOSFET based on the Bipolar-CMOS- DMOS (BCD) Technology developed at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation (TSMC).
The PAM2842 product announcement is made in conjunction with the 5th China International Forum on Solid State Lighting which is held in Shenzhen, China.
