Knology, Inc. (Nasdaq: KNOL) announced that Rodger Johnson, the firm's President and Chief Executive Officer, has been appointed Chairman of the Board. Mr. Johnson will retain his "day-to-day" responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer. The Company also announced that Todd Holt, currently Knology's Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed to the position of President, and Bret McCants, who presently serves as Senior Vice President - Operations, has been appointed Executive Vice President - Operations.
